Job Profile

Position Objective :

Lead the PCMS Function in light of the strategic vision with the end objective of delighting the stakeholders through implementation of innovative and effective Policies.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables

- Conceptualizing and designing the performance management system to suit the development needs of the Associates, competency assessment & career progression.
- Responsible for Annual Performance Management & Mid Year Appraisal
- Periodic reviews of all PCMS processes and subsequent re-designing based on market trends / changed business scenario
- Preparation of MIS reports

- Hands-on exposure to Performance Management, Competency Mapping, Training & Development, and Automation of HR Processes
- Exposure and knowledge of competency mapping.
- Exposure to OD Interventions

Ideal Candidate:

- Any Graduate with an MBA / MSW from a premier B-School.
- 5 - 7 years experience working in HR management role in a corporate environment, preferably in a PCMM level 4 or 5 organization.

- 1-2 yrs of total experience in IT / ITES prefered.
