These products are used by industry members to create advanced computing and communications systems.

Job Profile

Role & Responsibilities :

The candidate is expected to bring expertise in developing and reviewing application, technical and data architectures.

The candidate shall have leadership, influencing skills and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to work efficiently with resources across multiple projects and geographies.

Responsibilities include defining technology/solution roadmaps, build/buy analysis, participation in architectural forums and performing architecture/technical evaluations. Will be expected to be a leader and mentor, capable of exercising influence through lateral management techniques.

Shall have the ability to communicate technical concepts at different levels of abstraction, and to possess extensive knowledge in multiple areas of technology.

The candidate should have 5 years of direct design, development and deployment experience in Microsoft Technologies such as (SQL2000/YUKON, dot Net, VS.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services and related technologies) and/or SAP (ABAP,BAPI, Interfaces, Environment configuration).

The candidate should have good understanding of the entire technology spectrum of MS and not be restricted to a specific area .Candidate should have knowledge of the 2-3 year future roadmap of MS technologies.

The candidate should have experience of using design patterns and practices in areas of Web and windows Application development, application integration Experience in OLAP, Data Mining, Data Warehousing, Reporting tools such as MS OLAP, Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy etc is preferred.

The candidate should have 9+ years of IT experience, of which last 4- 5 years of experience should be in design, development and review of enterprise wide application architecture.

Education:

Masters Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Preferred /bachelor’s also will be considered.
